Friendly fraud includes, but is not limited to:
- Filing a chargeback for an order that was successfully delivered.
- Filing a dispute after receiving a refund, reshipment, or resolution.
- Using false or misleading information to obtain a refund.
Shesbod maintains detailed records of all transactions, including order details, shipping confirmations, delivery confirmations, IP addresses, and customer information provided at checkout.
If friendly fraud is suspected or confirmed, Shesbod reserves the right to pursue legal action. This includes filing a claim in Small Claims Court using the customer information provided during checkout.
