1. Right to Refuse Service & Account Termination

She’sBod reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Suspend or permanently delete customer accounts

  • Remove or refuse to publish reviews, comments, photos, or other content

  • Refuse service or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, with or without notice

This includes, but is not limited to, abuse, harassment, fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services.

2. User-Generated Content & Marketing Rights

By submitting or posting any content to She’sBod (including reviews, photos, videos, comments, or testimonials), you agree that:

  • You own or have the legal right to submit the content

  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights

You grant She’sBod a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Use customer photos, reviews, and comments forever

  • Edit, modify, reproduce, publish, and reuse content

  • Share content across platforms including our website, social media, email marketing, and advertisements

No compensation is owed for such use. She’sBod may remove or edit content at its discretion.

3. Orders, Delivery & Dispute Responsibility

Once an order has been successfully delivered according to carrier tracking information, the order is considered fulfilled.

Customers must contact She’sBod directly regarding any delivery concerns before filing a dispute, chargeback, or claim with a payment provider or bank.

Failure to contact us may result in no support.

4. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud

Friendly fraud includes, but is not limited to:

  • Filing a chargeback for an order marked as delivered

  • Filing a dispute without contacting She’sBod

  • Filing a dispute after receiving a refund or replacement

  • Making false claims regarding non-receipt or unauthorized purchases

She’sBod actively monitors and documents all transactions, including order details, delivery confirmation, IP addresses, and customer information provided at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • Fraudulent disputes will be contested with evidence

  • She’sBod may take legal action for chargeback abuse

  • Chargeback-related losses, fees, and damages may be pursued

5. Legal Action & Small Claims Court

In cases of suspected or confirmed fraudulent disputes, She’sBod reserves the right to pursue recovery through Small Claims Court using the information provided during checkout.

You may be held responsible for:

  • The original transaction amount

  • Chargeback fees

  • Court costs and legal expenses, where permitted by law

6. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of She’sBod or these Terms shall be resolved through binding private arbitration, not in court.

You agree that:

  • Disputes will be handled on an individual basis only

  • Class actions, collective actions, or representative lawsuits are not permitted

  • Arbitration proceedings will remain confidential

  • Public lawsuits are limited to the maximum extent allowed by law

7. Limitation of Liability

She’sBod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
