Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, She’sBod is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Insured Packages

All She’sBod packages are fully insured through the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us immediately at shesbod@gmail.com.

We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
Once the claim is approved, She’sBod guarantees either:

Missing or Lost Packages
By placing an order with She’sBod, you acknowledge and agree that:

She’sBod is not at fault for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after shipment

Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once the package leaves our facility

You must contact She’sBod directly before filing a dispute or chargeback
Failure to contact us first may result in denial of support.
Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

She’sBod is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returned or lost packages due to address errors may not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as “Delivered”:

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
