📦 Shipping Policy – She’sBOD

Thank you for shopping with She’sBOD! Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and track your order.

🕒 Processing Time

All orders take 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) to process before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with tracking information.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

• All items are trackable.
• You can track your order through the Shipment Notification email(s) or by logging into the Account section at shesbod.com.
• You may receive multiple Shipment Notification emails if your order is being shipped in separate packages.

❗ Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

We understand carrier delays happen. Please note:

• Sometimes carriers will scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and will typically deliver it within the next 4 business days.
• If tracking shows no movement or activity for 10 or more business days, please reach out to the carrier’s Customer Service for support.

📦 Missing Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your order:

1. Please wait 4 full business days and check the area surrounding your delivery address carefully (porch, mailbox, neighbor, leasing office, etc.).
2. After 4 business days, if you still haven't located your order, contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Note:
She’sBOD is not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. We do not offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages at this time. If your package was misdelivered or lost after carrier confirmation, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

We are currently unable to process returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure your address and order details are correct at checkout.
